pka75 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pka75 platform — whether through the website at pka75.app, the mobile browser version, or the pka75 Android app — you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the pka75 platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms apply to all users of pka75, including registered account holders and anyone browsing the platform without an account.

2 Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to register and use a pka75 account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pka75 is an adults-only platform. We do not accept registrations from anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are opening the account for personal use only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not acting as an agent for another person when depositing, playing, or withdrawing.
• You are not using funds that belong to another person without their explicit authorisation.
• You are not a current employee or immediate family member of a pka75 employee.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your account closed by pka75 for breach of these terms.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on pka75. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same payment method, or the same device — is a breach of these terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Your registered name must match the name on your payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify pka75 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pka75 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, including requesting a copy of a valid ID document, at any time.
• Accounts that cannot be verified after a reasonable period may be suspended or closed.

All account activity — bets placed, deposits made, games played — is your responsibility once you have logged in with your credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

pka75 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits are processed in PKR and your account balance is maintained in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else sends funds to your pka75 account — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your account.
• pka75 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits credited to your balance in error must be reported immediately. pka75 reserves the right to recover erroneous credits.
• pka75 does not accept deposits made from funds obtained illegally. Any suspicion of money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pka75 account are paid in PKR to your registered payment method. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or a verified method linked to your account.
• You must have completed any applicable verification requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. pka75 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account at the time of request.
• Any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are satisfied.
• pka75 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of fraud or verification checks.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, slot games, bingo, and other gaming activity on pka75 is subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• pka75 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or irregularities.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Each spin is independent and is not influenced by previous results, bet size, or session length.
• Published RTP figures for slot games are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.
• Sports odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• In-play (live) bets may be refused or delayed during periods of high market volatility immediately following a significant match event.
• pka75 reserves the right to set individual betting limits per player, per market, or per event.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies — including artificially inflated odds — will result in bet voidance and possible account closure.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pka75 may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and other promotional rewards from time to time. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility conditions — including minimum deposit amount, qualifying game categories, and geographic restrictions — are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiplier is specified per promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at the full rate; other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Only one bonus or promotion may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8 Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

pka75 operates with a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating, collusion, and fraudulent activity. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal referral:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, exploit bonuses, or circumvent a previous account closure.
• Any form of match-fixing or insider information exploitation in sports betting markets.

pka75 employs monitoring systems to detect suspicious patterns. Where fraud is identified, winnings generated through fraudulent means will be voided and the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming

pka75 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The platform is for entertainment purposes only. We provide the following tools to help you manage your play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps in your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases involve a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set optional reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusions are honoured and not reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability
